Payday is Every Friday !!


If direct deposit is set up, your earnings  are deposited to your bank account every Friday. If you have not signed up for direct deposit, you should have been issued a Wisely card.

How to sign up for
e-Paystubs

ePaystub Help Desk

   

Need access to past paystubs? Follow these steps to sign up for e-paystubs.


  1. Log in or enroll here!
  2. If enrolling, select Register Now on the right side of your screen.
  3. Create your User ID
  4. Enter your ALT ID given to you when you start
  5. (ALT ID can also be found your paystubs)
  6. Finish the enrollment process and you're all set to start receiving electronic paystubs moving forward. Past paystubs will appear here as well.

W2 forms will be available to download by 1/31. 


Please sign up to download your electronic W2 using these instructions: 


  1. Go to https://ebpp.documentdna.com/kellyus/login.aspx make sure you visit this site from a computer, or click to access full desk-top site if you are on a mobile device
  2. Register Now (for new users)
  3. Create your USER ID
  4. You will need your ALT ID (Can be found)
  5. Follow instructions to set up security questions
  6. Ensure you leave the box for e-w2 checked as you will receive your W2 much sooner this way

 

If you input your alt id # on step 4 and you are advised you are already registered:


  1. Use the prompts on the first page to for “recover user id” and/or “recover password

How to sign up for direct deposit

With direct deposit, your pay is deposited directly into your checking or savings account.


To later make changes to your enrollment here are the steps to change your Direct Deposit information. You will need to update your direct deposit information online via our website: www.myKelly.com

 

Create an account or Log in (GET STARTED)

 

You may log in on myKelly from the “GET STARTED” button in the header. The login screen will display as shown below. 


If you previously used myKelly, please login using your normal credentials. If this is your first time visiting, please click on “Forgot Password” and enter your personal email address. If there are issues with logging in, please contact Kelly’s helpdesk at 1-800-535-5928. You should NOT create a new account.

 

 

Personal homepage

The top section of the personal homepage will display the user’s name, job title, and location. It will also display a profile completion meter, with a link to the profile page to encourage profile updates. 


Next, you’ll see a selection of buttons below the profile header. These buttons access different content and features depending on your status. 

Once you see these buttons, please click on “Getting Paid”, then click the section for “Pay Options” and follow instructions on the “Direct Deposit” page to enroll or change your direct deposit account. 

 

Please note that direct deposit submissions may take up to 48 business hours for processing and up to 3 pay periods to begin. During this process you will receive a check in the mail.


Also, If you have questions about your Federal, State, and/or Local withholdings, contact your Kelly Representative. (You can view your current withholdings by logging in to MyKelly.com as well.) To change your withholding(s), complete a new withholding form and provide it to your Kelly Representative. 


Your Wisely Pay card

Wisely Card

The Wisely Pay card is a reloadable prepaid card that provides a convenient, low-cost alternative to paychecks. If you do not have direct deposit set up, you will receive a Wisely Pay card. Paper paychecks will not be distributed.

Wisely Pay card members can quickly activate their card at 
activateWisely.com or by calling 1-866-313-6901.
