2025 Holiday Eligibility Requirements
Must Meet the Following Requirements:
- You have to work 960 total hours in the 26 weeks prior to the Holiday
AND
- You have to work at least 30 hours the week prior to the holiday
If you meet both of those requirements, you will see the Holiday pay for the holidays identified on the document on your pay check automatically. There is no action required from your end.
Please contact our payroll department you are interested to know if you qualify for a holiday payout.
Kelly Standard Service Bonus Plan
The 2025 service bonus eligibility year includes checks dated December 24, 2024, through December 21, 2025.
- If worked 1,500 eligible hours and less than 1,800 eligible hours: 1% of employee's gross
- If worked 1,800 eligible hours or more: 2% of employee's gross
Be active at year end and on a Service Bonus eligible assignment.
“Active at year end” is defined as having received a paycheck/advice dated during the eligibility period in December 2025 for actual time worked.
**Our Standard Service Bonus Plan is automatically paid in January for the hours accrued during the previous year. You can check your eligibility by calling the Employee Services Center (EFSC).
