Attendance Communications

Punctuality and reliable attendance are important to your success on this assignment.

Here's an overview of the policies while you're on assignment at Phoenix Contact.

Attendance Policy

Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility of everyone working on behalf of Phoenix Contact.

  • Any tardiness or absence causes problems for fellow employees and impacts production.
  • You are expected to report to work as scheduled, on time, and ready for a safe workday.
  • If you will be late or unable to report to work, you should report your absence within at least 30 minutes prior to the start of your scheduled shift.
  • Only in instances of exceptional circumstances preventing you from reporting timely will consideration be given by management for excusing the late call in.

Attendance records will be reviewed on a regular basis.
